Organization and Areas of Operation

Entec Group AS is short for "environmental technology" and is a technology group consisting of the operating company Entec Evotec AS and the sales company Entec Korea. In 2025, Entec Evotec AS acquired the subsidiary Evotec d.o.o. Gruža.

Entec Group's main activities are investments, and management of investments, in companies. The group's head office is located in Ulsteinvik. The CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board of Entec Group. The Board consists of 1 board member and two observers, in addition to the Chairman of the Board. The company's supreme body is the general meeting.

Guidelines and procedures for safeguarding human rights and decent working conditions

Entec Group's ethical guidelines apply to all employees in the group, including subsidiaries, and shall form the basis for all professional practice regardless of where one practices their profession within the group. Entec Group's employees shall show respect for the interaction between technology/professional practice and human values and contribute to transparency about the consequences of technological/professional solutions for society, the environment and individuals. A precautionary approach is sought to be used in all work.

Entec Group employees shall strive for honesty, transparency and correct and good conduct towards the company's employees, customers, suppliers, competitors, business partners and authorities. The company and employees shall ensure that they do not contribute to violations of human rights and are aware of their social responsibility.

Entec Group recognizes its responsibility to promote and comply with fundamental human rights and decent working conditions in connection with its deliveries.

Due diligence assessments

Entec Group refers to the report on due diligence assessments in accordance with the Transparency Act in the subsidiary Entec Evotec, as the subsidiary has conducted due diligence assessments on suppliers that the parent company also uses.
