Entec is short for environmental-based technology (ENvironmental TEChnologies) and defines our vision of basing our business on sustainable technological solutions.

Organization and Areas of Operation

ENTEC, short for "environmental technology", is a technology conglomerate consisting of three operating companies (with subsidiaries); ENTEC Evotec, ENTEC Brimer, and ENTEC Norpartners, as well as being established in South Korea with a sales company ENTEC Korea.

ENTEC Group is involved in investments, and management of investments, in companies. Including, ENTEC Group AS, as the parent company in the group, provides services to its subsidiaries.

The company's head office is located in Ulsteinvik, consisting of the organizational roles of CEO, CFO, and HR & HSEQ. The CEO reports to the chairman of the ENTEC Group. The board consists of 5 board members, in addition to the chairman. The company's supreme body is the general assembly.

Guidelines and Procedures

The ethical guidelines of the ENTEC Group apply to all employees in the group, including the subsidiaries, and should form the basis for all professional conduct regardless of where one practices their profession within the group. Employees of ENTEC Group should respect the interplay between technology/professional practice and human values and contribute to transparency about the consequences of technological/professional solutions for society, the environment, and the individual. A precautionary approach is sought to be used in all work.

Employees of ENTEC Group should strive for honesty, transparency, and correct and good conduct towards the company's employees, customers, suppliers, competitors, business relations, and authorities. The company and employees should ensure that they do not contribute to human rights violations and are aware of their social responsibility.

ENTEC Group recognizes its responsibility to promote and uphold fundamental human rights and decent working conditions in connection with its deliveries.

Due Diligence Assessments

ENTEC Group refers to the statement of due diligence assessments according to the Transparency Act in the subsidiaries ENTEC Brimer, ENTEC Norpartners, and ENTEC Evotec, as the subsidiaries have conducted due diligence assessments on suppliers that the parent company also uses.wards diversity, equity, and inclusion, where competence is the focus. Through exciting and safe workplaces, we strive to become an attractive employer where new and existing employees want to develop, together with skilled colleagues. The company also aims to increase the proportion of women throughout the value chain.
