Organization and Areas of Operation

Entec is short for "environmental technology" and is a technology group consisting of two operating companies (with subsidiaries); Entec Evotec AS and Entec Brimer AS, in addition we are established in South Korea with a Liaison office Entec Korea.

Entec Group is engaged in investments, and management of investments, in companies. Entec Group AS, as the parent company of the group, provides services to subsidiaries.

The company's head office is located in Ulsteinvik, and consists of the organizational roles of CEO, CFO and VP HR & HSEQ. The CEO reports to the Chair of the Board of Directors of Entec Group. The board consists of 5 board members, in addition to the Chair of the board. The Company’s highest body is the general meeting.


Guidelines and routines

Entec Group AS's Ethical Guidelines applies to all employees in the Group, including the subsidiaries, and shall form the basis for all professional practice, regardless of where one practices one's profession in the Group. Entec Group AS's employees shall show respect for the interaction between technology/professional practice and human values and contribute to openness about the consequences of technological/professional solutions for society, the environment and the individual. A precautionary approach is sought to be used in all work.

Employees of Entec Group AS shall strive for honesty, openness and a correct and good conduct towards employees, customers, suppliers, competitors, business associates and authorities. The company and employees must ensure that they do not contribute to human rights violations and are aware of their social responsibility.

Entec Group recognises its responsibility to promote and comply with fundamental human rights and decent working conditions in connection with its deliveries.


Due Diligence Assessments

Entec Group refers to the account of due diligence assessments in accordance with the Transparency Act in the subsidiaries Entec Brimer AS and Entec Evotec AS, as the subsidiaries have carried out due diligence assessments on suppliers that the parent company also uses.
